This freedom of choice differentiates and defines us, and to achieve this, in our facilities we have a very different process from mass production: we are talking about what is known as Lot 1.

What is Lot 1?

Instead of mass-producing our products and distributing them, we work to order. Each order results in a piece of furniture with specific measurements and finishes that the customer has chosen, from more than half a million possible combinations: we manufacture our furniture one by one. To achieve this, a complex process is necessary in which, although there is a part that we have managed to industrialize, it requires significant manual intervention for the completion of a highly personalized and tailor-made product.

Thus, Batch 1 manufacturing is a process that perfectly combines technology with artisanal production. An order, a product and a specific manufacturing process to give it its final shape.
